Quiet afternoon. Dog close by. Halloween eve. Just a good day for dots.  Pointilism -- is a detailed process that is incredibly lovely for the fed-up brain!

Neither does having 4 new brushes! How did I get this far with the schlock I've been using? Some of my brushes are over 10 years old. I loathe buying brushes because they cost a small fortune, buuut some gentle taunting from my painting teacher at my class last Saturday alerted me to the extent of my brush-hoarding folly, and I finally bought what I needed!
